- Orders are only processed once payment has been made
- Payment to be made via EFT with proof of payment sent to info@nalanegroup.co.za
- Use your Name and Product Code as part of reference
- Delivery of Products is 7-10 working days from payment
- Delivery will be additional cost from product
- Please note that orders made outside Gauteng may take longer, unless Fast-Mail is requested
- No delivery cost will charged for pick-ups
- Product pricing is subject to change according without notice
- Please note that all our products are made using natural oils and butters and contain no harmful chemicals; are parabens, mineral oils and artificial preservatives free. Because of this please be warned that the products do occasionally separate or might soften/liquefy at room temperature. This will require that you shake them before you use and store in cool area. We are still researching the best natural emulsifiers that won’t compromise our products.
